Private Beta Terms

The Private Beta is intended for adults. Children should not create their own Kinazly accounts or independently use the Private Beta. You are responsible for information you provide about household members and for having any authority or permission reasonably required to provide that information.

Kinazly is still being developed. Features may change, move, become unavailable or be removed. The service may experience errors, interruptions or downtime. Do not use Kinazly as the only record of important information.

Participation in the Private Beta does not guarantee future access, features, pricing, commercial availability or public release.

AtoZ uses artificial intelligence and can misunderstand or incorrectly interpret information, including names, dates, times, locations, amounts and instructions. Review information that matters.

Information extracted from something you send AtoZ does not enter your calendar or tasks until you approve it. Changes prepared through AtoZ require confirmation before Kinazly applies them.

FIND retrieves information from external sources. Information about businesses, services, programs, schedules, prices, ratings, locations, travel times and other external information may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. A business being open does not mean an appointment is available. A registration page does not mean a program has available spaces.

Kinazly does not currently book, purchase, register, cancel or contact an external organization on your behalf. Use of Google Maps features is also subject to the applicable Google Maps/Google Earth terms.

Kinazly is an organizational tool. It is not an emergency service and should not be relied upon for urgent or safety-critical situations. AtoZ responses are not a substitute for appropriate professional medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share passwords to provide another adult access to a household. Use Kinazly's household invitation feature. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.

Only connect a calendar or external account that you are authorized to access and to import into Kinazly.

A Kinazly household is a shared space. Adults you invite can access and modify shared household information. There are no private household items during the Private Beta. Each adult's personal AtoZ conversations and FIND search history remain separate.

Before inviting another adult, consider whether you are comfortable sharing the household information already stored in Kinazly with that person.

You retain whatever rights you have in information you provide to Kinazly. You give Kinazly permission to process that information as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support and provide the features you request, including through service providers used to operate Kinazly.

You are responsible for ensuring you are entitled to provide information you submit about other people.

Kinazly may allow you to print or save calendar information as a document or PDF. You are responsible for where exported information is stored, printed or shared after it leaves Kinazly. Printed or exported schedules may become outdated if information later changes in Kinazly.

You may not:

• use Kinazly unlawfully;
• attempt to access another household without authorization;
• interfere with or deliberately overload the service;
• probe, bypass or defeat security/access controls without authorization;
• distribute unlawful or malicious material through Kinazly; or
• resell or commercially exploit Private Beta access without permission.

You may voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas or feedback about Kinazly. Kinazly may use that feedback to evaluate and improve the product without an obligation to compensate you.

Some Kinazly features rely on third-party AI, email, calendar, mapping, search and webpage-reading services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. If you connect a third-party calendar such as Google Calendar, your use of that provider also remains subject to the provider's own terms.

Kinazly is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, pricing, schedules or operation of independent businesses and services discovered through FIND.

You may stop using Kinazly and request account deletion through Kin & settings. Kinazly may suspend or end Private Beta access where reasonably necessary to protect Kinazly or its users, respond to misuse, comply with law, or end the Private Beta.

Information is handled following Kinazly's Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

Kinazly is an experimental Private Beta and is provided on an “as available” basis. The final warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, exclusions, statutory-rights wording and any monetary liability limitation must be reviewed for the legal entity and jurisdiction operating Kinazly. Do not replace this section with generated boilerplate before legal review.
